Not sure how this doesn't have more traction. It's a crowded space, certainly, but I played with the free model and purchased the LTD same day.

UI is clean and easy to navigate, solid amount of customizations, it worked on my WP site without issue as well as from my mobile or desktop when I shared a chatbot's link, and it allows GPT4 if needed. (If you haven't seen how much better GPT4 is at handling redundancy and conversational nuance, this product puts it on full display.)

It does a phenomenal job of ONLY using your source documents for its answers, which is a huge issue I've had with other products where they sneak in outside content, and it allows for easy correction if an answer it provides is not what you want/expected.

It doesn't have all the rules features of some of the other bots out there like rule-setting, nor is it as nifty at "leading" a conversation like BotSheet (which is a great chatbot for people needing to collect data), but for an FAQ, all-around bot for your site, or in my case, a research assistant that's better than searching all my docs because it provides answers AND citations, it's been pretty much flawless.

It functions more like a hybrid from typical chatbots and something like Afforai's use case, and the team behind it (Petal) know what they're doing. Excited to see where it goes, and I hope I won't regret not getting a higher tier if they roll out some ridiculous new features later...
