Q: We bought a tier 3 subscription to the platform but upon sign up it gave us tier 2.
Both AppSumo and I have been trying to get a response from them for almost 2 weeks and have gotten nowhere. Unfortunately I think posting publicly will be the only way to get a response at this point
Favicon logo that is being displayed is generic once which does not have our branding on it. We will be coming up with more features to make sure we allow more customization to our platforms for Agencies.
On your ticket, our customer service staff has already responded. The problem was that your DNS settings had a proxy set up, which prevented the domain from being verified. Our system will remove displaying the Grab Your Reviews logo from the dashboard after you have fixed the problem.
If there is anything else our team can assist kindly use our support portal.

Q: Hello...
Will there be an update on the whitelabel dashboard?
It says 100% white label but...
it's still showing your favicon logo. Witch is obviously not good for our branding
Also we are unable to customise with our colours

The features in the process selection has been there since September. We have has no updates since I brought the product.

Are u talking about the favicon logo?
If so... they told me they won't let us change the favicon atm. In the comings months we will be able to change that to our own branded favicon
