On your ticket, our customer service staff has already responded. The problem was that your DNS settings had a proxy set up, which prevented the domain from being verified. Our system will remove displaying the Grab Your Reviews logo from the dashboard after you have fixed the problem.

Thank you for the response, I have already replied and fixed the proxy and replied to the email. However, I am still seeing the copyright information "2022 ©
Grab Your Reviews" in the footer.
Could you please help me to remove this?

Are u talking about the favicon logo?
If so... they told me they won't let us change the favicon atm. In the comings months we will be able to change that to our own branded favicon
