Overall, Grab Your Reviews is a great and robust review collection and display platform that will likely save my business $900/year over a competitor that we're currently using for the same functionality - I'm so happy this LTD is available from Grab Your Reviews! Worth noting about Grab Your Reviews is that it not only is a great review collection platform, but it also offers a great way to display your reviews on virtually any website.

Like many products on AppSumo, Grab Your Reviews seems early in its development and seems to be using this opportunity to generate cashflow. With that said, the platform needs further refinement and development.

Customer support leaves something to be desired and is the reason I deducted one taco. I have had to contact customer support several times about the same issue, sometimes never hearing anything back. In particular, I found it troublesome to get support in setting up the white-labeling through Cloudflare. Without doing any troubleshooting with me or anything, Grab Your Reviews support emailed me and said to contact Cloudflare for support. The issue remains unresolved.

Aside from the poor customer support I have experienced, Grab Your Reviews is fantastic in so many ways! I'm very happy with my purchase and am pleased to see that Grab Your Reviews is moving in the right direction.
