This is the most comprehensive platform for review aggregations, response and invitation that I have ever come across! It solves pretty much all of my business cases and necessities for my clients. On a more objective / neutral note: email DNS synchronisation is quite slow and there is currently no way to see it's progress. For my account at least, I needed to retry it manually. Another piece of neutral feedback: perhaps users should be warned of the implications of adding an additional SPF record to their DNS, especially if they already use Sendgrid.
