I'm pretty good platform with lots of room for improvement
I got this deal when it first came out (full stack) and it was so impressed that I bought a second full stack account.
The most important things for me were delivery of emails not going to the promotions tab. With the integration and even without the integration with your own email domain as long as you don't put too much HTML the email request don't go to the promotions tab which I appreciate highly.
Integration with supported sites is pretty nifty and using the Airbnb integration I can actually connect with Airbnb experiences which helps out a lot for some of my clients. (Unfortunately you can only link one Airbnb per account so if your client has multiple experiences you're not able to aggregate those. Maybe they'll work on that in the future)
Areas for improvement:
- clarity on how to add more SMS or limit SMS per client.
- widgets for slider / carousel and a floating widget that works. I know these are in development.
- there's an employee QR code to request reviews with but nowhere to really track which employees are using it I would love some more clarity on that.
- Facebook integration for some reason consistently has issues Maybe it's just The accounts that actually don't have any reviews on them which would make sense.
Overall for an early product I think it's pretty well flushed out the UX is straightforward for the most part.
I had a full stack of another review platform from appsumo and as soon as I had jumped on to grab your reviews to check them out I refunded the other one and picked up two of these.
It was pretty easy to migrate my clients over so if you're looking for a review software platform that doesn't force you to record reviews on their platform as if they're a trusted aggregator, send all of your request emails to the promotions tab, and want to true white label review platform to work on then grab your reviews your best choice on appsumo right now.
