Slow customer service, and I couldn't buy level 2
Hello, I'm here to request a refund for this product, first I could never go to level 2, it stopped me in the payment and it gave me an error, I asked support for help and it took them a long time to give me any solution, now I asked for a refund for the third time and nothing, I want someone to help me Help with the refund here since I don't get an answer.
