- I have been using Grabsign since 2022. I am unable to login to the account since last 2 days. I am getting the following message. I had purchased a Lifetime License. Forbidden You don't have permission to access this resource. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. I even tried going to their website. Even that doesnt work. Has the company closed their operations.
- I've been very happy with GrabSign & the lifetime deal through AppSumo (purchased March 2023). I don’t send contracts often, so it’s been working great. However, I couldn’t log in on 7/28 or 7/29/25 despite many tries. I tried to contact Grabsign support via their contact form & email - no reply. I was finally able to log in on 7/30 & sent my contract. I usually get an email when a contract is signed, but not this time. On 8/4, I almost emailed my client to ask, only to find once I logged in to double check that they’d signed it within an hour. 😞 If I’d known the service had changed & I needed to log in to check, I would have. I emailed support again but still no response, not even an auto-reply. Since I can't seem to get in contact with GrabSign I thought I'd ask here - does anyone know if GrabSign lifetime is still being supported?
- most times i try to log in the app fails to load. this is from multiple browsers. And when i AM logged in its just exceptionally slow to function.
- Does the Grab Sign offer desktop software that can be downloaded in windows or Mac?
