I've been very happy with GrabSign & the lifetime deal through AppSumo (purchased March 2023). I don’t send contracts often, so it’s been working great. However, I couldn’t log in on 7/28 or 7/29/25 despite many tries. I tried to contact Grabsign support via their contact form & email - no reply. I was finally able to log in on 7/30 & sent my contract. I usually get an email when a contract is signed, but not this time. On 8/4, I almost emailed my client to ask, only to find once I logged in to double check that they’d signed it within an hour. 😞 If I’d known the service had changed & I needed to log in to check, I would have. I emailed support again but still no response, not even an auto-reply. Since I can't seem to get in contact with GrabSign I thought I'd ask here - does anyone know if GrabSign lifetime is still being supported?
most times i try to log in the app fails to load. this is from multiple browsers. And when i AM logged in its just exceptionally slow to function.
Does the Grab Sign offer desktop software that can be downloaded in windows or Mac?
I have already bought multiple codes, but have not started using it yet. Here are my questions so far... 1) If we exceed the number of signed documents per month, can we "pay as you go" for additional signatures (e.g. price per each)? 2) If a document requires more than one signature, is there a workflow to send the document to the next person only after the first has signed? 3. Can a template have a signature page as a cover, and attach a 2nd page with the detailed content? The invoices that need multple signtures can vary in length, and I need more room for signatures, so a cover page might work better. Can we do this?
