The tool does not work properly, it will be a year without any updates of any kind, technical support does not answer and customer service is non-existent. I escalated the complaint to Appsumo but they limited themselves to sending an email with a copy to the developer and did not make the refund that they promise in case a tool disappears. Only when they were contacted by Appsumo did they respond saying that updates were coming (that was three months ago) but there is still nothing.

If a tool stops its development it is the same as if it were to leave the market, at any moment its compatibility will be outdated and those of us who bought in the campaign will lose everything without any protection.
