This software WOULD be my #1 choice alternative to a Docusign if not for a few things. It looks just like Docusign in terms of colors and feel, especially in the client facing areas.

Unfortunately, the process of adding fields here is awful and I've wasted a lot of time trying to get it right. You don't know where the text is going to end up exactly on a final product when you place the box, or what it will look like in terms of size and boldness. The changing of fonts or size does not actually work. Also, the fields leave text box lines behind that can cover text on you document. You may have to move the boxes to get placement of the text right, but then you have lines cutting through text. It's a mess and should be much easier/cleaner.

If they fix this process, it could be great. On Task is the other product I'm comparing it to and their process is much cleaner (not perfect tho) in terms of adding fields, but they look and feel like a different program than the familiar Docusign. That's not a bad thing, but just something to note. My main problem with them is their limit of 200 signatures per year. That could be woefully inadequate for many.

Based on the UI and fields process, On Task is the winner for me at this point. I just can't get a look I like with the text and lines. Hope this is helpful and spurs some improvement from Grabsign.
