Three fixes needed to beat Docusign and Signaturely
I've used Docusign many times but its just too rigid. Signaturely, an AS deal last year was great to do quick documents and the UI/UX is fantastic, but frankly it felt very limited in customization. Grabsign is very mature, customizable, and I really, really like the professional audit trail. The bonus was the almost Docusign like email the clients receive, making it recognizable and familiar to the clients.
Here are the 3 things GS needs to fix:
1. The Dashboard, IMO needs a major overhaul. Most of the current boxes serve no really utility to me. I think seeing all the document tables viewable on the dashboard under the New Document button with Category tabs or dropdown will be better to log on and get straight to work.
2. The site seems a bit slow. Changes in the dashboard seem to take several seconds to load. Also, completed emails with attached PDF's were delivered about 40 min's after they were signed.
3. Fix some glitches. A word document uploaded as blank. I added a checkbox as "checked by default," but the client was unable to uncheck it on the form.
Fix these, and Grabsign will be the clear winner.
