Hello,
We recently purchased the app on a one-month trial and are very satisfied with its aesthetics and the variety of diagrams. We do, however, have a few questions regarding the AI features:
1. Is it possible to remove or increase the current word limit? We would like to insert longer texts—potentially with smaller font sizes—directly into the diagrams.
2. We have noticed that the AI performs better with English than with Greek. Will support for Greek improve so that we can use the AI effectively in both languages?
3.The 512-word limit per text feels restrictive. Ideally, we would like to provide slightly longer texts and have the AI automatically extract the most important information to produce the diagram. Are there plans to expand this functionality in future updates?

Thank you for trying Graficto and for the great feedback!
1. Word limit in diagrams
The current limit exists because our diagram templates are carefully designed and longer text can break the visual balance. Still, we understand the need for more flexibility, and we’re considering increasing the limit or adding features like auto-adjusting font sizes.
2. AI performance in Greek
Graficto uses OpenAI models, which currently perform best in English. Greek is supported, and we expect its quality to improve as the underlying models evolve. Better multilingual support is on our roadmap.
3. Longer input text for AI
The 512-word limit helps keep responses fast and consistent, and we though that would be enough for most use cases. We'll try to increase it.

Thank you for your previous response. I was also wondering: could the AI be improved so that it can accurately identify key information in unstructured text and generate correct diagrams without relying on formatting (e.g., bullet points)?
I also wanted to ask: Are you truly committed to improving the AI tool with regard to its word-limit restrictions?
