Q: This is a great concept, cant tell u how annoying it is to work with similar infographics out there...

100% of the time its EPS, and dont have illustrator.. so converting to svg often gets rasterized or sliced up into thousand little pieces..so frustrating xD

Please could you consider these really quick to implement features that will take things to the next level...

1.) Mousewheel zoom
2.) Middle (Mouse 3) button dragging of canvas
3.) Add ONCLICK handlers to <g> or <shape> elements, just like u would in JS for a button, and let it call script to expand that elements properties, and autofocus the particular textfield, and/or when clicking on icons, have the icon selector modal popup in place.

4.) Allow for the custom import of SVG custom files (for more of a static edit in place of any text elements, and styles - dynamic items might be a bit tricky to pull off for the casual user though.

But on a sidenote, if one was able to provide svg in required format, or met certain criteria, would you be willing to inject it into the existing library ? ie: can we contribute assets (on the assumption said assets would be royalty free / no attribution required).

5.) More of a pipedream and longterm thing but - in my own experience it is remarkably simple to hook up 2d svg elements into ur several 3d JS libraries, where it would convert 2d shaped into 3d,with lighting and backdrops without effort. and would be able to interact / rotate/ spin / angle to ones desire (GLTF/Babylon/3js). They can also output a vector snapshot in svg). the possibilities here made me all giiddy ! :=D

It would truly be amazing. woujld be more than happy to provide some sample code or proof of concept of sorts.

Best Regards

A: Wow, that's a very comprehensive feedback you have here 😍 Awesome suggestions and some of them like inputs getting focused on click is something we have also planned in our timeline. Thanks for your ideas and we'll definitely consider them for our future releases.
