Q: Reg Transaction Fee

1. On your website there's either 10% or 5% transaction fee - how come you are offering it for free now?

2. How is the financial position of the company? First you had a great chat support which was removed, and now your support doesn't respond on emails for weeks to past LTD customers!.. Audio uploading is not working.. CNAME gives issues.. There's Graphy branding everywhere.. so how come you are claiming here REMOVE Graphy branding?

3. Will you provide any support on Android and IOS apps? Past LTD customers are not getting any!

4. What are Marketing emails? These are not part of past LTDs?

A: 1- Graphy has two different pricing models:
- For Indian businesses, we operate on a revenue share model where transaction fees apply.
- For U.S. businesses, we follow a recurring subscription model without any revenue sharing.

As part of our expansion into the U.S. market, this AppSumo deal is being offered under the recurring subscription model, without any revenue share terms. This allows new users to experience Graphy with 0% transaction fees as an incentive to grow with us.

Sushant2, they had offered another appsumo deal as well ?? When ? I couldn’t find anything related to graphy earlier on appsumo. Are u mistaking it for some other partner ?

They offered it on Pitchground.. and Also a private LTD directly.. in both, there was a mandatory transaction fee which you can see on their website as well.. Just that the plans are annual..

There was "Spayee" LMS which was offered on appsumo but was later acquired by graphy and a lot of things changed for appsumo users. Graphy since then is also acquired by Unacademy... A lot is going on. but one thing is sure. there is no LTD in this. this is still 1-2 year deal basically a long term trial...

They had offered it on Appsumo, it won't show up on search or anywhere else. I remember it on AS

Oh got it . So they have been offering LTDs for long and all over . Some of my appsumo LTDs were acquired and are doing really well . Graphy seems to be an exception though . Not honouring deal terms can spell disaster in this hyper connected world . Word spreads . And destroying your reputation is much easier than building one .
