I have two questions:
1. Can I customize the entire display language on the user's screen from English to Vietnamese? (or if you have a translation, fine)

2. Can I use the font of my website instead of the downloaded font of the software? (Your default font does not support Vietnamese language)
3. Can I customize the border-radius of "default notification icon" when asking do user "You want to receive notification"? The border-radius is now 100%, I just need a soft curve (border-radius: 5px;), instead of round.

Thank you for your qeustions.
1. At the moment, we support the following system languages - http://joxi.net/bmoXl9GHy13JN2. They are used for elements that are used by default depending on the lang parameter in the html tag on the client site.
You can leave your request to add this language at https://trello.com/b/xxyL2uSU/gravitecnet-roadmap and if it gets enough votes, we'll add it to our roadmap
2. You can send detailed information (site, sample display in Vietnamese) on this issue to [email protected] so that our support team can find a solution for your site.
3. The styles for the preview subscription window are used by default for all sites and are loaded into the Shadow Dom of the site. As an option for a solution, you can use another type of pre-subscription window, such as Modal, or slightly edit your icon for the site, add a background, so that there is no cropping at the specified radius.
