Thank you for your questions.
1. We support mobile web push notifications in Android OS in Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Yandex, UC Browser browsers.
Unfortunately, web push technology is not supported by iOS mobile operating system (iPhone and iPad). This is a feature of the technology itself.
2. If you don't have access to Root folder and can't add the SDK files, you can add your website using type of integration WIX/Tilda/Others when you add your site in Gravitec.net account. For this type of integration our service generates a subdomain of the type https://sitename.gravitec.net and subscription is performed in 2 clicks: once on the main domain (widget), and the second time in the subdomain of Gravitec.
But if you use Standard or Wordpress type of integration, you can collect subscribers in your domain.
