Frustrating so far....

Application slow at times
The rss system does not work for any added site. No matter how many urls I put in, it cannot read.
The segmentation system is fine, but the documentation or information does not clarify many points.
Documentation is not clear, documentation centre mixes Russian with English
Videos are from previous versions
Processes are not properly clarified
The "push Digest" option only works for me with the Wordpress plugin, but not with the manual installation…

It has great potential, but it must improve in many aspects to surpass other alternatives.

1️⃣ Application is slow at times
Could you tell us what you mean by that? Because we did a quick smoke test and didn't find any problems with the speed of the interfaces and the system as a whole. Could it be that this is some kind of problem with your computer?
2️⃣ The segmentation system is fine, but the documentation or information does not clarify many points.

Yes, this is our mistake. The automated system for displaying documentation for customers failed and we didn't notice it. We will fix it ASAP. Thank you for this information.
4️⃣ Videos are from previous versions
Similar to the previous comment. This will be fixed as well. For now, we will disable this section. And we will return it as soon as we fix it.

These two questions have a common cause. Due to an upgrade of one of the system components, our RSS subsystem was updated incorrectly. And for about 15 hours it worked only partially. That is why new RSS feeds could not be added (although the old ones worked). And that is why Push Digest was not created because it could not get information from RSS. After your message, all the issues were fixed. You can test it now.

I hope that my answers have clarified a bit why this happened. If you contact our support team directly, we will be able to help you more quickly. I hope you will give us a second chance. Because everyone can make mistakes, but we are not afraid to admit and correct our mistakes.🤝
