To date, a gap in my stack has been website notifications, but thanks to Gravitec that's no longer an issue. Initially, I made the mistake of setup via 'Standard' which requires an extra hosting configuration step, but I'm on Webflow in the cloud (I'd suggest a move from a focus on WordPress) and once I went through via Wix/Tilda/Others setup was a breeze. I now have website notifications working on more than one website.

For my use, the main limitation I feel is notifications just to users currently on your site(s). A use case would be to push FOMO notifications (via Gravitec and other integrations like Zapier) to current users on-site to push them into buying a product or service recently purchased by another user or running out etc. I've already reached out to support and they say that if they get enough traction that they will implement this roadmap request. I'm going to give them 5 Tacos on the expectation that this key feature will be implemented.
