Thank you for your question!
We are a global service, you can use Gravitec on the German website.
And yes, we are GDPR compliant and we have many customers from the EU.
Gravitec.net does not collect or store any personal data from our clients' subscribers on our initiative.
Our clients are website owners, not their subscribers. And our clients (website owners) may collect personal data of their subscribers (nicknames, identifiers, etc.) through Gravitec.net.
- Website subscribers can request the deletion of their personal data by contacting the website owner.
In this case, our client, the website owner, will forward the request to us, and we will delete the personal data in question.
- Gravitec's clients (website owners) can manage their personal data in their Gravitec.net user profile.
In addition, we at Gravitec recommend that our clients do not transfer subscriber data to us at all, but encrypt it with a mask on their side - this is how the Alias tool works. For example, a list of 100 emails (nicknames or any identifiers) can be marked with numbers from 001 to 100 on the client's side and transferred to us for storage using these numbers, not real data.
Feel free to check our Privacy policy to learn more about our GDPR compliance:
