My TLD is ".photography" so my E-Mail is also ".photography". Everytime I want to activate that kind of deal the error "invalid format" pops up.
I need to register this kind of E-Mail because it is my business E-Mail-Adress.

We don't have a requirement to use exactly the business email address. You can use any email for sign up, for example, @gmail.com, @yahoo.com or any other popular mail service.
This email is your login only (you'll need to follow the link from the email to confirm registration.). Sometimes (rarely) we'll send info about updates, but you could set up forwarding to your main email.

thank you for your reply. So I registered my private E-Mail-Adress. Seems fine so far - but now I'm facing kind of the same problem again for "Adding my Website".
I can not register the own URL because your software claimed "invalid link format". Again: My Top-Level-Domain is ".photography". And that's a normal Domain since 2020. So what should I do now?
I can not register my website so i can not use your tool.

Please write a request to support@gravitec.net, indicate your account email and the full name of the site that you want to add.
Colleagues will help you add a site with a non-standard name.

This problem has deep roots and its solution requires a revision of the rules for working with domains and additional development. As a result, it will take longer than we originally thought.
But the problem is at work, the task is active and will definitely be solved.
We are interested that our customers with any domains do not have such a problem in the future.
