Q: What is the best channel to ask for help?

I bought a couple of licenses two weeks ago and struggle to get it done using standard installation (WP works fine). I sent 3-4 e-mails to support email of ne portal over the last 8-10 days - no reply yet. Can somebody help? I really love Gravitec but will need to ask for refund if I can't get it to work. Thanks a lot!

Did you not receive our emails? Maybe they are in the SPAM folder? This sometimes happens due to the security settings of various email services, please check it.
