No support/doesn't work on Android with my website

For whatever reason, the plugin seems to work fine on desktop traffic in Chrome and Edge however on an Android phone the popup asking people to subscribe does not show up.

I asked support and got a reply that suggests they did not even read closely my support request as I told them the problem and they gave a stock reply about what platforms their product works one.

If I don't get a reply soon from support with a fix will have to ask for a refund :(

Dear Greg,

We're very sorry that you encountered a support response that did not immediately solve the problem. Support staff did not immediately understand what the essence of the request was. Therefore, we sent you an answer explaining which platforms support browser push notification technology.

But after your clarification and re-checking your domain, we found out that the Gravitec push subscription works absolutely correctly on your website on all declared desktop and mobile platforms.

✅ Here is a desktop subscription: 🔗https://i.imgur.com/ArbgpS5.png🔗
✅ Here is the subscription on mobile: 🔗https://i.imgur.com/QuQn7JB.jpeg🔗

The reason why you do not see the subscription on your Android device, in the notification settings on the device or in your mobile browser.
Check, please. It is possible that notifications are disabled in the device or browser settings.

In addition, the support sent you detailed information about which settings you need to check.

I will duplicate this information here so that other customers can use it.

Disable/enable Chrome notifications on Android:
1️⃣ Open up Chrome on your Android. Hit the three dots in the right-hand corner. Tap Settings. 🔗https://i.imgur.com/d4Y3B4y.png🔗
2️⃣ Choose Notifications. 🔗https://i.imgur.com/JxAR8Tv.png🔗
3️⃣ To block all notifications from Chrome on Android, toggle the switch to the right of Show notifications to the off position. To enable notifications, this switch must be active. 🔗https://i.imgur.com/m9nLYrk.png🔗
4️⃣ Or, for a less nuclear approach, toggle the switch to on and then manage your notifications preferences directly from your browser, downloads, media, and more. 🔗https://i.imgur.com/m1RgAfZ.png🔗
5️⃣ Keep scrolling down to adjust your notification settings from different websites. To stop all notifications from any website, toggle the switch to off next to Show notifications. Or, keep the toggle switch turned on, but allow notifications only from the sites you really want. 🔗https://i.imgur.com/waY198L.png🔗

We also recommend checking your Android notification settings.

Follow these steps to disable/enable the browser app notifications on Android:
1️⃣ Open Android Settings from App Drawer.
2️⃣ Tap on the Apps & Notifications from the Settings. 🔗https://i.imgur.com/W3ek7xT.png🔗
3️⃣ Select the Browser App (Say Chrome app) from the list of apps.
4️⃣ Within Chrome App Info, tap on the Notifications tab. 🔗https://i.imgur.com/7s6FnAi.png🔗
5️⃣ Here you will be able to see all the notifications currently enabled or disabled.
6️⃣ If you want to completely stop the Chrome notification then toggle the Show Notification button and turn it OFF. If you want to receive a notification, then this checkbox must be active. 🔗https://i.imgur.com/77SbQ36.png🔗

We really hope that will be useful for solving your issue! 🤝
