A: Hello, You are absolutely correct. Your monthly recurring credits are always consumed first (Priority 1). The additional credit packs are one-time purchases that do not expire and do not automatically renew. They will remain in your account indefinitely and will only be utilized once your regular monthly allowance is fully exhausted.

hi there Happy to support early stage projects but want to make sure it’s got the best chance of achieving its man goals - and for Greta that is building fully functioning apps - which based on user feedback may require lots of credits. It seems credits are used very quickly form user feedback - especially with troubleshooting errors. Is there any way to buy tier 4 or 5? I think this is really due to needing more credits while Greta is being improved and fine tuned.
