Q: Before I post my rating I ask a question
- Why your system is charging credits for fixes that does not fix even after many requests that keeps confirming fixed and charging credits and does not reverse the charge ?
- Why you don't have a ticketing system but I have to send an email and you have to ask things you should know ?
- Why there is no human chat but only your ai to give an email to contact ?
- Why you dont have a system in place to confirm if you charged ETHICALLY the credits you did ? eg I create an app. You say its done but without login details your AI admits forgot to create and connect to supabase and i ask again and you still dont fix it and you create instead another fake login. I ask, you keep charging and I spend my time while you are paid for work you dont do as you dont fix. Expecting answer before my review here and there.

Credits & Fixes
Even if the system shows credits being charged for a fix, those charges are reversed automatically if the fix doesn’t actually go through. If you’re seeing cases where that didn’t happen, please share the specific examples with us so we can investigate deeper. For context, build failures or incomplete builds do not consume credits.
Support / Ticketing
You’re right — today support is mainly through email, but we’ve already set up a proper community + ticketing system on Discourse. It’s not public yet but will be going live in the next few days at community.questera.com, where you’ll be able to track issues more transparently.
Human Support
While the AI helps with first-line replies, we do have two team members actively monitoring and responding in the support chat. If we missed your query, that’s on us — apologies for that, and I’ll double-check internally.
Ethical Charging & Reliability
We absolutely agree that it’s critical to ensure credits are charged fairly. The AI sometimes over-commits (e.g., saying a login was set up when it wasn’t). That’s why we’re working on product improvements like PM mode and workflow safeguards so bigger builds get broken down into reliable steps. We’ll also be releasing more templates, guides, and eventually a prompt marketplace so it’s easier to get consistent results without spending extra credits on retries.
We’re making the system more stable day by day, but I completely hear your frustration if you’ve spent time and credits without seeing the result you expected. Please send me the details of the specific cases, and I’ll make sure they’re reviewed and credits are corrected if needed.

As a client I m currently extremely upset because:
1. Today 29-9-2025 for one more time I ve lost 3 hours already just chatting again and again with your AI for what it considers fixed but is NOT.
2. I have been charged 100 credits for NOTHING as still not all fixed yet and credit NOT RETURNED as you argue.
3. I have to keep spending my time hoping

Today is 14th of October. I emailed you about it again and you disappeared. My last two emails returned as undeliverables after i proved to you that your ai is stealing endless credits. I did not want to rate you before your reply. You ignored me. in the recent hour you AI stole 100 credits by keep providing a blank screen as a fix repeatedly and then accepting the theft. I have all evidence.
