Q: Fixing errors and credits

Hi, I was trying out Greta and so far it seems fantastic and just purchased. One thing that was a little frustrating was some of the errors I was getting and each time I prompted to fix the error, it costs credits. In some cases it was many errors before getting a fix. Personally, I don't feel as a customer it should costs me credits when the app wasn't performing and able to fix the error on it's own. I would suggest not charging the customer credits to fix an error that technically shouldn't exist to begin with. 5 or 6 error fix prompts adds up quickly over multiple projects. Is this something you would consider?

A: You will not be charged for issues or errors. Please have a look again, it doesnt affect your credits.

Only actual messages & requests will impact your credits not the issues & credits.

I completely concur..Lovable faced the same issue when it started - and users highlighted this pain point resulting in the app owners making it such that the tool self-corrects errors without a charge on credits

Hi Shubham. It did use 10 credits every time. This was during the free 100 credit trial, so I don't know if that had anything to do with that, but it absolutely used credits to fix the issues. I'll continue to play with it and see if that continues now that I'm a T4 customer

I would be interested to know if being a paid customer means the error fixing doesn't consume the credit. I'm on a free trial and unable to view the preview because I don't have enough credit to build or fix the app.

We don't have logic that deducts credits on errors, let me look through the logs and see where the gap is. Would you be able to send the chat id or more details on shubham@questera.ai?

Yes I'll send the chat ID to that email. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the ease of use and output. One thing I'll add, I would love to see some youtube full tutorials on how to get a website or app fully deployed. Like I have a cool website just created, but now what? That would super helpful

They 100% charge for errors. I believe why Shubham is saying they dont is because it doesnt show up on the screen and say "error" when there is an error with the app being built. As a user we see the error or try to do something and an error happens and then we have to prompt Greta again which will 100% take more credits.

exactly. many times AI will plain old ignore the given command entirely. no result. or change something else. or some issue will be there and when you prompt, issue is still there. but technically website is loading and deployable. so AI will not treat it as error. but issue that you see is not fixed and credits are used.

Looking forward to see how Shubham and the team deals with this hallucinations, error handling and credits costing to resolve those. So far I like the tool. Looking forward to purchase.
