WebBureauQ: How to upgrade to Tier 4 from Tier 3?
I know that I will have to buy AppSumo Plus first, but what do I do after that?
I need the 50 file limit to be 1000 or unlimited.

Jul 8, 2025A: Hey! To upgrade from Tier 3 to Tier 4:
First, get an AppSumo Plus subscription.
Go back to Greta's AppSumo page and select Tier 4.
Complete checkout—the upgrade happens automatically.
On the file limit:
Right now, Greta is optimized for ~50 files. And congrats on reaching that fast :) We're actively working to expand this significantly—targeting support for hundreds soon. Keep an eye out for updates in the next few weeks!

Now I have bought AppSumo PLUS. Then I added Tier 4 to the cart, but it doesn't look like an upgrade from T3 to T4. It more looks like I am paying the full price for T4. What to do?

Pay for Appsump Plus by its self.
Then go your products: https://appsumo.com/account/products/
Find Greta and under the Actions you will see an option called Change Plan.
Click that and it will bring you to the upgrade/downgrade options.
This will autoapply your plus membership discount and allow you to upgrade to T4.
You can also use your $25 off on the upgrade as well since you should get one.
Weeks??? I thought we only needed to wait a few more days. The 50 files limit is an emergency. Could this be fast racked? Would appreciate if it can be expedited so we can be unstuck.
