Q: Not a developer and a visionary - will I be able to build back end connections and APIs simply?
Hi - I do not have a developer background, and would like to build web apps better than lovable, however, I don't know how to write python and how to do back end connections. If I created something on n8n, could make an app using it easily? Would I be able to attach APIs that exist with other platforms and build a UI around it with this easily? Again, no developer skills, and I have decent prompting ability, would I be able to create apps easily with this, or would I need to hire a developer?

Jun 27, 2025A: Hey Hey! Really nice to meet you! Honestly we are building Greta more specifically for visionaries and non-developers like you. So in most cases you don't need coding skills—just clear prompts unless your app is really complex.
Connecting to APIs (like n8n workflows or other platforms) is straightforward with webhook—just tell Greta what you want, and it handles the logic for you. In future we will have native integrations for that as well.
You can easily build UI around existing APIs without writing code yourself. Please try chatting with Greta and hopefully it all should be easy to do.
If you can prompt clearly, you’ll comfortably create and launch apps without hiring a developer except if you want something complicated. For example, right now we dont have support of deploying AI Agents in your app with Greta but in future we will, so in the meantime Greta can't help in that bit.
