I see a lot of your responses to questions saying this and that is coming in 1-2 weeks yet practically none of what you have promised has materialized since your launch. Just empty promises.
On top of this, you launch a new product yet there seems to be so many things people are waiting for in Greta for it to be a truly usable app.
So please tell me how I can be confident keeping this purchase? I have about 2 weeks before my refund period expires and I'm ready to get my money back since all I see is promises and no action. Supabase has issues. Credit system is flawed. Lots of bugs. The list goes on...
Hopefully you can convince me. And please remember that talk is cheap.

The highest priority for us right now is Agent Mode, which is meant to solve the core pain you're talking about: handling bigger, more complex projects without breaking everything. It’s a genuinely hard technical challenge, and the team’s been working around the clock to get it right. We’re still on track to release it for beta users by the end of July, just like we said.
We launched on AppSumo June 23rd—so it’s literally been just about a month. In that time, we’ve resolved thousands of support tickets, pushed fixes weekly, and collected every bit of feedback we could to make Greta better.
That said, I totally get that “coming soon” isn’t enough—and I agree, talk is cheap. But the reason we’re doing a lifetime deal isn’t because Greta’s perfect. It’s because we want early believers to grow with us and help shape what this product becomes. You’re not buying a finished product—you’re joining a build in motion.
If that’s not something you're up for, I understand. But if you do stick around, I’ll make sure your voice continues to help shape what we’re building—because we’re going the distance with this.
In fact with this we are in more risk than anyone else because we are getting charged with credits even if people refund after 2 months. But we totally believe that we will find our early believers who will work with us long term.
And with them we will make this the best product, thats the goal. :)
PS - Also PLG OS has been live for more than a year already, its not a new product. It has a different team. PLG OS is the growth engine that help SaaS apps being able to launch & grow.
