Q: Registration Requirements
Hello,
I may be an outlier, but I do not see any valid reason to require a birthdate for software registration. From my perspective, collecting personally identifiable information (PII) such as name, birthdate, and unrelated personal details does not improve the user registration experience. In fact, it raises concerns about data privacy, especially given how easily such information can be accidentally exposed.
Could you please clarify what value this information provides to your process? Additionally, I would like to understand how this data is stored, who has access to it, and what measures are in place to protect it after registration.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
Cheers!

Thank you for your valuable feedback and questions regarding our birthdate requirement.
We understand your concerns about Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and data privacy.
