Q: Some questions
Hello, some questions:
1. Development Plan: Can Greta discuss projects, create phased development plans, and propose tasks like databutton? Does this planning process avoid consuming credits?
2. Memory: How can Greta retain foundational project knowledge throughout development?
3. Discussion Mode: Is there a non-credit-consuming mode for discussing changes or features before implementation?
4. Components: Using them, I can create Google OAuth sign-up/login? Can I integrate others: https://nylas-scheduler-ui-components.pages.dev?
5. Markdown: Can Greta create and update markdown files for documentation?
6. Web Access: Does Greta have web access?
7. File Upload: Can files (e.g., specs, screenshots) be added to chats? What types are supported?
8. SupaBase: The integration is available, or self-hosted only?

Jun 24, 2025A: Great questions — here’s a quick rundown:
Greta can help plan projects and break them into phases, but the clarification agent is not yet there, it will go ahead and build that. In future once we have the clarification agent probably it can help chat to get the right plan in place to avoid miscommunication and save credits.
It remembers full project context across prompts — no need to repeat.
No credit-free discussion mode yet, but we’re researching and working on that discussion mode which is like the clarification agent that I specified above.
Yep! I think you can build Google OAuth flows and probably integrate custom components like Nylas, I have to try out that one myself. I am working on a course which will include an easy tutorial about how to add google oauth and login etc. Will be out in a few days 😅
Yes, Greta can generate and update markdown docs (e.g., READMEs).
No web browsing access at the moment. We will add that in future for sure, its in the roadmap but its not there yet.
Image uploads is there in the chat, you can add logo or whatever and ask it to add it at different places.
Supabase integration is live at the moment — and you can use self-hosted too.
Please let me know if you have any follow up questions.
