Q: Support Email?

What is your email address for support issues? Also, what are the support hours and what time zone are you in? I got logged out and cant log back in, it doesnt recognize my email address. And I cant find any support options anywhere. Thanks!

Having the same issue, can log back in

It might just be appsumo account email addresses that are not google. I created a test account with a different email a few days ago and I can log into that one, but not the one where I purchased via Appsumo.

I figured out a solution/workaround. I created a Google account with the existing email address that I used to create the account during the AppSumo activation process.

Verified purchaser

Even I observed that. No support email given anywhere.
