Q: Using Greta to Build Multi-Tool AI Apps: Embedding External AI Tools + PRD Guidance?
I had a couple of questions as I start building apps that combine traditional UI flows with AI functionality:
Q1. What would be the best way to use Greta alongside AI-first tools (e.g., GPT-powered apps/CustomGPTs, chat-based AI agents, or form-based apps)? Is it possible to use Greta as a branded frontend shell with login, navigation, and multi-page structure, and embed or connect multiple external AI tools within it?
Also, is native support for interactive, AI-driven workflows (like agent chat, tool memory, or context-aware tasks) on the roadmap?
Q2. Is there a Product Requirements Document (PRD) template or a prompt-writing guide specifically designed for Greta? Something that helps users structure their prompts better, especially when building apps involving user inputs, AI integrations, or multi-page logic?

Q1:
Yes, Greta works perfectly as a branded frontend "shell" with secure login, navigation, and multi-page structures. You can easily embed or connect external AI tools (like CustomGPTs or chat-based agents) using their APIs or webhooks, and Greta can smoothly handle these integrations just by chatting with it and providing all the required context in detail
Native support for interactive, AI-driven workflows—such as built-in agent chat, memory management, or context-aware tasks—is definitely on our roadmap and actively in development, not available right now.
Q2:
We're currently creating a dedicated PRD template and prompt-writing guide specifically tailored for Greta, which will help you structure prompts clearly for complex apps involving user inputs, multi-page logic, and AI integrations. Expect this to be available soon in our Learning Hub. There will also be a Discussion mode which you would be able to use for such things.
Let me know if you have any follow ups :)
For Q2 It would be great that more than a guide it would be more of a subproduct for writing technical recommendations than later on Greta can lean into:
That can easily set greta apart from competitors, things like:
Project Requirement Documents (PRD)
Frontend guidelines
Backend Structure Docs
App Flow Docs
Tech Stack Docs
System prompts
File structure Docs
