Q: Why is there a new version of Greta and not available to existing Appsumo clients

Hello I purchased Greta here on Appsumo over a year ago, the I noticed you created Greta with everything all the existing users had requested as featured and even more new and enhanced version, why would you invest all that time into creating a new version of Greta and kicking out your supporters? Why not just update the existing version.

I'm just guessing here, but probably hundreds of people invested in Greta when it started, to support you, why would you build a super powerful version of Greta, what happens to all the people who trusted you?

It is literally a super powered version of Greta, why in the world would you do this to people that trusted you.

The old Greta can't even receive a frontend updated and you build a new one on the side? with probably a new team, more efforts, better ui/ux. Why betray your users?

A: Hi, I'm not sure if you got a chance to be active on Discord, but what we are doing right now is that whatever is requested by Appsumo users is actually a bit different from whatever is requested by sub description users.

We have these two versions to make it super easy for everyone. Appsumo users have other deals like NCB, etc., that they want integrated. LTD users also want open router or custom provider or free deployment, a lot of those important, amazing features that Greta sh will never have. And similarly, there will be features that are required by subscription users that only Greta.sh will have.

And if there is a feature that any of the Appsumo users, like Greta SH, do not have in LTD and you would want to have it, we would be more than happy to add it. The main goal here is to build and prioritize features according to the requirements of different users rather than mixing the two, which have different requirements.

PS - I would also request you to be active on Discord because, literally, for the last few days, we launched a ton of amazing new features that Greta.sh does not have yet as well. So it's not a better version or anything of that sort. These are two versions for two audiences. And in future, if people want to port over, we might have some provision for that as well once both the platforms are stable, maybe in the next few months. :)
