Edited Jul 16, 2025So the AppSumo deal is just for new users ideally thats why you probably are seeing the error. Although we can help port the account and ignore that limitation if you email us. Seems like you have emailed shubham@questera.ai with the right details correct?
Edit: Maybe I will ask the team to make it open to all accounts, not only the new ones.
