Could be a great app if I could use it
Created an account, logged in, created a website which did not look to bad however tried to log in again and cannot log in. Still waiting for the OTP code. Contacted the company and still waiting for help. So NO support so warrants the one taco. Why spending money when you cannot use the tool and you get no help? Should have customer support on their website too.
Looking forward to you answer as I am not impressed.....

Update - upgrade to 5 tacos
When contacted by customer support issue was solved promptly. So in the end good customer support and good tool. Still should be able to contact customer support from the tool itself.

Where did you reach out? Was it through the chatbot or through the feedback button on the right side?
To understand it properly, You created a website and tried to login in the created website or on Greta?

Edit: I see. Thanks for the update. Yeah I think we have not faced issues in login yet but maybe we should add a chat bot there as well, noted.
