You should not be locked out of Greta. That seems like an error. Please email us at [email protected], if you are logged out of Greta and are unable to log in. Would be more than happy to resolve that issue for you.

Edit 8/28 - Unable to connect with you. Haven't received any email from your end as well. Not sure if you saw the dozens of new features that we launched on Greta LTD in this Greta Level Up launch week, but please definitely check that out.
