DOESN'T WORK
At first I thought it is "magic" and I bought TIER 3 with 1600 Token
I asked to build a simple website (not even a mobile app) after 3 days and 1200 TOKEN spent it still doesn't work !!!
Every request end with an error. Greta start a fix... but I get another error etc. etc.
The reason is that "GRETA" doesn't memorize what it has done before and after 9 or 10 trials to fix the problem on a different way, GRETA starts over with the first fix proposal again.
At first you don't see it but after a while you see that GRETA offers always the same solutions 1 by one in a loop and you spend ALL your token without any result !
I will spend my token left to play around and ask for a refund
The idea is good but it DOESN'T WORK !
The "demo" of my project is working, but is on a very expensive SUPABASE system. If you want to sqlite (free) or whatever on your own server, then it doesn't work It looks like GRETA only works with supabase... you will get always the message "I understand : all can work like a charm with sqlite, let me fix it"
and then all the problems appear...

Jul 11, 2025Thank you for sharing your experience—fully understood. First of all, really appreciate the honesty and apologies that things didn’t go as expected.
A couple of clarifications:
Yes, right now Greta is optimized specifically around Supabase as the backend—it’s where we’ve done most testing and built-in flows. Custom databases like SQLite aren’t natively supported yet, but it's definitely something on our longer-term roadmap. If you still want that, you have to provide it the right instructions in detail to be able to have that.
Regarding looping/fix retries: You’re absolutely right. If the project becomes too large or too complex, Greta sometimes loses track because the backend AI infra starts rejecting the requests and we are optimizing it. We are actively working on solving this with a new “agent mode” and larger memory window rollout that should help a lot with that in a few weeks.
