I purchased Tier 4, which should solve most of the problems, as it's 3,000 credits per month. However, it's running out, as most prompts require multiple revisions to work properly.

Furthermore, I purchased the 1,200-credit add-on within Greta. The amount was debited from my card, but the credits didn't arrive.

The platform's chat is an AI, and there's no human to answer it. I emailed the email addresses they recommended, but I haven't received a response.

Other than that, the platform is very promising, I'm working on some great projects.
