The idea is amazing, but the software is nowhere near usable!
I got my refund today from Tier 4, very happy I don’t have to deal with this group anymore.
First, I don’t think it was right for Appsumo to leverage this deal with their annual membership. This gave me a false sense of security, but sumo knew something that we didn’t about the success of this software. They didn’t, because it isn’t a success. The software is terrible and anyone who says it’s a five star either hasn’t used it, or doesn’t understand what it’s supposed to do.
Go to Greta Discord group and take a look at some of the comments. Absolute and utter frustration, at the lack of any progress from the bug reports and from promises that the developers made to the users. The software is actually getting worse as they progress.
It’s a shame their developers are making so many promises, but haven’t come through on one! People are begging for help in the Discord community, and the developers are quick to respond, but they seem just as uninformed as we are.

First, just to clarify—we never asked AppSumo to position Greta as a direct competitor to Lovable or other giants. That was something they chose to include, and we understand how that might set certain expectations. Greta is still very early, and we’ve only been live for about 1 month.
In that time, we’ve already pushed out a ton of user-requested features, fixed major issues, and are working on the most important one—Agent Mode—which was originally planned for the end of Q3, but we’ve pulled it forward to end of July because we heard how badly it's needed.
I fully agree—if you’re paying for Tier 4, you should get Tier 4-level performance. That’s exactly what we’re working toward, and why we’re taking this LTD route at all. It’s a big loss for us financially, but we wanted to build with early believers and get real feedback from users like you.
We’re here for the long haul, and everything you pointed out—credit burn, unpredictable edits, lack of docs—is already on our radar and in active work. It’s not perfect today, but we’re not standing still either.
I would totally understand if you want would not want to fly with us right now but if you are with us in the long haul then we will prove and improve every month, every week, every day, working hard to do it.
