Before rating I sent 5 emails and I got one reply and their emails don't exist since then !
I also asked to talk to them on the phone before they disappear when i warned them that when your ai is stealing credits this is a legal issue as it is trained to steal as It would be easy to return the credits every time it fails, the ai admits the failure but is not trained for this :)
I have spent many hours to create different scripts with is app. 90% of the credits are stolen as the ai pretends to do the job while then after my reply accepts wasn't done. This keeps going so you loose nearly all the credits this way. I HAVE SERIES OF SCREENSHOTS TO PROVE THIS and also analyzed everything with ai that proves the theft.

This is not a professional solution and the support does not really exist so you are abandoned with an ai to represent this company, keep failing to deliver and keep charging credits that should not.
Totally disappointing
Still if this company shows delayed respect for the client, fix something, apologize, return the stolen credits I m here to change my rating.
I m here to be fair but I m abused from their ai, from this theft and their abandonment
