The Tool:
This app is definitely functioning well, especially considering it is still in its initial launch phase. Despite its limitations, it’s still worth buying. I believe this app is on the right track.

I’ve used a combination of Cline with DeepSeek, Bolt DIY with AI models, and other similar apps. All of those tools work well for initial setup, but once the logic starts to run, they tend to error out. The errors are cyclical, meaning the tool tries to resolve issues but ends up generating new or similar errors, which can lead to wasting tokens.
Greta did not do that for most part. It does error out at times, but the overall error handling is way better than other options.

Suggestion: I couldn't find a public roadmap, if that is not available, the team should make it available for buyers.

About support:
The team must be overwhelmed with this launch and several people reaching out to them. I had to reach out to them to get support for my own mistake, and they were very considerate. They took couple of days to resolve it as they are overwhelmed at present, but they did fix the problem. 5-stars for the support.
