Initially, my experience with this tool was quite disappointing due to persistent deployment failures, unusable exported files which made me refund the tool. I felt the app wasn’t ready for productive use, especially after multiple failed attempts.

However, after recent updates and direct communication with Shubham, the outlook has significantly improved. The team has made notable progress: deployment issues have been resolved, allowing me to successfully build and deploy apps, and the team is actively working on fixing the export file problems. They have provided me with free additional credits and added useful features like deleting history and renaming projects, which enhance usability. Support has also been more responsive and helpful, turning my previously negative experience into a positive one. While some issues remain, the progress so far gives me confidence that the tool is becoming more reliable and user-friendly.

I was excited to try this tool, as it claims to build sites and apps efficiently. However, my experience has been quite disappointing. The main issue is that it doesn't actually deploy anything I create. I've tried refreshing the page multiple times, but nothing changes. Additionally, when I export the project as a ZIP file, the HTML index is blank, which makes the exported files unusable.

Furthermore, I've lost a significant number of credits without seeing any results, which feels unfair. It also seems like the app hasn't undergone thorough QA, as these fundamental issues should have been caught before launching.

Trying to contact support has been frustrating—I'm redirected to an AI chatbot, and there's no option to speak with a human representative. Overall, I don't feel confident in using this app since it doesn't seem ready for productive use. I have no patience to wait for these issues to be fixed, so refund for me; have had way better experiences with Lovable and Manus.

Update 1: Shubham kindly emailed me and said he has added 200 credits for me to try again and test the app, even after my previous experience and having already been refunded. I appreciated this from them, especially since I had made some suggestions (by email response) based on the issues I faced, like deploying the app which didn't work, errors with exported files being blank, and adding options to delete apps from the history or rename projects.

Yesterday, 25/06/2025, I logged into the app and saw the extra 200 credits. I also noticed they added the options to delete history and rename projects, which was great. I deleted my previous app history and started a new app using the same prompt as my previous one with issues.

After the app was built again, I tried to deploy it, but the same problem persisted. I waited 30 minutes, but it was still stuck trying to deploy. I refreshed the page and tried again, but the app still wouldn’t deploy. This issue seems to remain, especially for building apps. It might be okay for a basic site, but building an app appears problematic.

I also tried exporting the files again, but I encountered the same error as before. The files seem to be blank; clicking on the HTML index file should show a preview, but it still appears blank.

Overall, the two main issues I experienced when I first bought the tool and refunded—namely, 1. the deploy issue and 2. the export files issue—are still there. These are important fixes because without them, I don’t have a functional app. I sent Shubham an email yesterday about my second attempt and these same issues. I haven’t received a reply yet, but if the Greta team can fix these two major problems, I would consider buying the tool again. For now, I will wait and see…

Update 2: Shubham replied 28/06/2025, informing me that the deploy issue has been fixed and that his team is working on the export file issue. I logged back into Greta and tried again—this time, the deploy worked with two different apps I built. This is very positive to see. The only remaining issue is the file export problem. Overall, support from Shubham has been great and has turned my bad experience around.
