Q: Question on the number of subscribers for tier 4..
I see the limits per account for newsletter subscribers is as follows.
Tier 1 - 1 site = 2500 subscribers
Tier 2 - 3 sites ;10 000 subscribers = 3,333 per site
Tier 3 - 10 sites ; 25 000 subscribers = 2500 per site
Tier 4 - 50 sites ; 50 000 subscribers = 1000 per site
Tier 5 - 100 sites ; 200 000 subscribers = 2000 per site
Is that an error on the number of subscribers for tier 4 with only 1000 subscribers per site? Whilst all the other tiers give you more subscribers per account / number of sites?

This isn’t an error. The subscriber limit is not restricted to 1,000 per site. For example, you could use the entire 10k subscriber limit on a single website, while the others have fewer subscribers.
I recommend not comparing subscriber limits directly to the number of sites, since not all websites will necessarily use the newsletter feature.
