**UPDATE**
Due to a smooth refund experience of mcp, I have changed my rating from 1Star to 4Star. Unfortunately the product didn't fulfill my needs. Having said that I am sure the product can be a good fit for others.
The native website builder is good and actually gave an aesthetic design, but it consumes a lot of credits.

I had high hopes for this but unfortunately I experienced some issues:
> Only after one purchases the tool is it revealed that MCP is not included and can be purchased for an additional fee. I contacted customer service to ask what is going on - who provide you with a "separate 49$ pay link".
> Opaque credit system: I made an entire website on my end using ChatGPT, and then just needed to publish it via Grigora. This operation alone deducted a whopping 15.000 AI credits which is a lot!! I checked the entire trace and the only build operation given to Grigora was to "create an empty html shell", that could serve as a shell for a pre-built page I wanted to upload.
> After having transferred the entire website, I wanted to try and use the Grigora native website builder to make some tweaks. But the builder couldn't recognize any of the work even though I myself could see the webpage in the Grigora editor. Even after multiple tries it said "The current page is an empty shell, with nothing to repair. Can you add the reader HTML or point me to where it is".

Oct 22, 2026Hello,
I understand your concern about AI credit consumption, and I appreciate you sharing your feedback. However, I'd like to explain how we've structured our AI credit system and why.
1. AI Credits and Lifetime Access
Let's take Tier 5 as an example. It includes approximately 1 million AI credits per month, which is enough to create 60+ websites from scratch, depending on their complexity. These credits are replenished every month, so you can continue building new websites without purchasing additional credits.
Offering truly unlimited AI usage under a lifetime deal is economically challenging because every AI operation has a real cost. We need to balance generous usage limits with a sustainable business model that allows us to support our customers for the long term.
2. Website Creation and Editing Costs
Currently, creating a new website costs approximately 15,000 AI credits, while an edit costs around 1,000 credits. Even if you want to rebuild or significantly modify an existing website, you can make substantial changes within the editing cost, depending on the scope of the changes.
Regarding your example of creating an empty HTML shell, I understand why the credit consumption might seem high for something relatively simple. Our current pricing is based on the website creation workflow rather than just the amount of HTML generated.
3. Our Long-Term Commitment
We've been working in this industry for the past three years, and our goal is to build a product that customers can rely on for life. Maintaining reliable hosting, infrastructure, and product development requires a sustainable business model. Our pricing and credit limits are designed with that long-term commitment in mind.
4. Improving AI Efficiency
AI models are becoming more affordable and efficient, and we intend to pass those improvements on to our customers wherever possible. We've continuously improved Grigora over the past year, and you can review our changelog to see how much the platform has evolved.
We genuinely want to make AI website building more accessible and affordable. Your feedback is valuable, and we'll continue looking for ways to reduce credit consumption while delivering better results.
Thank you for being part of Grigora and helping us improve the product.
Best regards,
Pratik
