Grifols has been such a breath of fresh air compared to other platforms I’ve tried. It was incredibly easy to learn with minimal direction — the interface is straightforward, user-friendly, and makes sense right away. Honestly, it’s the perfect alternative to the cumbersomeness of WordPress.

As a small business owner, I love how simple it is to build and manage my online presence, keep up with a blog, and even handle SEO without getting overwhelmed. Everything just works the way you expect it to.

On top of that, the support team has been amazing — quick to respond and helpful in fixing the little hiccups I created during my short learning curve. I couldn’t ask for an easier, more reliable platform.

What I didn’t like:

1. I wish there were more templates, especially industry-specific ones. For example, I built a site for a café but there wasn’t a ready-to-go template with a menu section.

2. I wish there was an online shop option to add to my website I built.

2. The white-label option feels a bit pricey, which might make it harder for smaller agencies or solo consultants to scale.
