We’re new to Grigora and already ran into a major issue where we lost our site work, costing hours of effort. Support response times feel too slow for critical issues, and the online chat doesn’t respond quickly — we don’t expect instant replies, but when it’s urgent there’s isn't timely response. That said, the platform looks promising, and we’re hoping these areas improve soon.

I sincerely apologize for the delayed response. This is not the impression we want you to have of Grigora.
Regarding the main issue, the saving problem was caused by a permission setting, the Editor role does not have access to change the website layout.
I’m following up on your support request so we can get this resolved as soon as possible.
