Version 0.20 just too unstable for anything serious

Refunding for now. The templates look clean and the WordPress import populated my homepage/posts fine, but I ran into too many core workflow issues to trust it yet.

My biggest blocker: preview crashed with an “Unexpected Application Error” (“can’t access property ‘children’, t is

”) and showed a JS stack trace. That’s a deal-breaker for me because it means basic editing/publishing isn’t stable.

Other friction points:
• Clipboard/editing weirdness (select all / copy wasn’t working reliably even in Firefox; paste was flaky in Safari).
• I lost some work once after closing a tab, and autosave behavior wasn’t clear.
• Import/Export and branding controls weren’t easy to rediscover/locate.

If you’re considering it: test your exact workflow early (edit, preview, publish, import, newsletter) before investing time. I might re-buy later if stability improves, but right now it felt too beta for my use case.

Hello,

I understand your frustration regarding the recent crash caused by the missing animation. We are continuously improving the editor by reducing complexity, which is why active development is ongoing. I’m happy to share that this issue has now been fixed.

At the moment, the editor does not have an autosave feature. I completely understand how frustrating this can be, and it is already on our roadmap and will be addressed.

We kindly ask that this incident not be the sole basis for judging the product. Continuous changes are a part of building and improving any platform, and even large companies encounter issues despite thorough testing. We truly value your feedback and will use it to further improve our release processes to catch such issues earlier.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Best regards,
Karan
