Q: 1.
Is there integration with n8n.io (open source zapier alternative) ?
2. How many workspaces do I get in Tier 1?
3. Max number of tables in 1 document?
4. Is there nested "group by xxx" for custom views, like in Airtable? Use-case is for expense tracking (group by Year, then Month, then Type of expense)
5. Can I use Python code/Excel formula to calculate similarity of data inside different columns or rows?
For example cell A1-A10, & B1-B10 all have data in them.
If there are 5 matching values from both column A & B, then similarity will be 50%.
Or maybe I can gather those 20 data into 2 arrays (10 data each) and then calculate similarity the array values.
6. Is there Pivot Table function like Airtable?
7. Can we input data via public forms? For gathering data from non-users/non-collaborators
8. Can we sync/link multiple tables into another table? If yes, what is max synced/linked tables?

1. Not yet. We currently integrate with Zapier and Google Sheets. We are working on more integrations. You can track our progress on our public roadmap: https://github.com/gristlabs/grist-core/projects/1
2. Unlimited workspaces in all three tiers.
3. There is no maximum number of tables per document, but there is a maximum number of rows (~100,000) and a maximum file size (1 GB) per document. You can read more about limits here: https://support.getgrist.com/limits/#limits
4. Yes! You can do this in Grist with summary tables that can group by one or more field, and then link summary tables to each other. You can see this in action in our template here: https://templates.getgrist.com/oGxD8EnzeVs6/Time-Sheets/p/11 First select the month you want summarized, then the employee. You could create a document that drills down even further.
5. Yes! Feel free to reach out if you need help with formulas in Grist. Here's our help center article on formulas: https://support.getgrist.com/formulas/
6. Yes, summary tables, such as those described above, are akin to pivot tables. Summary tables can do more than simple sums. For example, you can also calculate averages or medians over groups.
7. Using our Zapier integration, you can connect Grist to a form provider such as Google Forms or Jot Form. Native form support is on our public roadmap and something we're keen to build.
8. Yes, you may link multiple tables together. There's no limit to how many tables you may link via reference columns (the only limit is the document limit itself, as described above). You may also display linked tables alongside each other in the same screen. This template demonstrates that well: https://templates.getgrist.com/doc/afterschool-program
