I am very happy that Grist is not another spreadsheet. It looks spreadsheet but is database. And that is really fantastic!

Before, I had my programmers making database application. Now I can make it myself, or even better, I can tell my programmers to customize it even further with Python. Python is not needed, however. We can use Grist also without coder mind. I am yet to explore all possibilities.

What I like is the dynamic nature of data. I personally want first to publish a dynamic dashboard on my website which is fed from data via Pabbly from your survey app (Blocksurvey.ai, a great one, by the way!).

This will be my first learning project. The Grist team will help with that and after setting this up I am sure to have learned many new things on the way.

I am very excited to use Grist for my businesses. There are many possible applications and their documentation is exhaustive and ever growing.

Next they plan to have a dedicated section for those who don't know DB but come from the Excel corner. That will be super helpful to even understand the things faster. Because a learning curve exists. But learning is life-long and I personally love to learn new things.
